Barbara Nadel Book Launch at The House of St. Barnabas, Soho, London 16th June 2005

The historical House of St. Barnabas has played host to the Ellis Peters’ Awards in the past, so it was quite fitting that Barbara Nadel’s historical new series was launched at the same local. The Last Rights is the first in the series featuring East End undertaker, Francis Hancock. It is far removed from Barbara’s Inspector Ikmen series in its setting but retains the same great feel to it. Friends, family, agents, editors and publicity people from Headline, and those in the book trade turned up to support the author.
