MIKE STOTTER

Mike has been involved in the crime scene for something like eleven years. Currently working for an Asset Management firm in the City by day and still finds time to write. He is an award-winning children's non-fiction writer and has contributed to anthologies ranging from Science Fiction, Crime through to the Old West. And still finds time to edit SHOTS!

ALI S KARIM

[ ASSISTANT EDITOR ]

Ali Karim is a Company Director, freelance journalist and book reviewer living in England. In addition to being the Assistant Editor of the e-zine Shots, he's also a contributing editor at January Magazine, writes for Deadly Pleasures and Crimespree magazines as well as Booksnbytes.com. Ali is also an associate member [and literary judge] for both the British Crime Writers Association as well as The International Thriller Writers Inc; and also helps judge Deadly Pleasures’ Barry Awards. Karim is currently working on Black Operations, a violent SF-tinged Thriller.

AYO ONATADE

[ CRIME FICTION SPECIAL REPORTER ]

Ayo is a clerk for a judge in the Court of Appeal, a book reviewer and a major fan of athletics and American football living in London, England. She is the Special Crime Reporter at Shots Ezine and also helps run the group Mystery Women and is an associate member of The Crime Writers Association (CWA) of Great Britain. She is currently working on a paper called Crossing Boundaries due to be given at the annual St Hilda's Crime and Mystery Conference in August 2004.

LIZ HATHERELL

[ SUB EDITOR ]

Liz works at the BBC World Service part-time but discovered an overwhelming urge to correct typos 2 years ago. One course at the Publishing Training Centre later she helps Mike with subbing and editing articles. She is also a freelance proof reader and copy editor. She has read crime fiction since a revelatory moment at the age of 7 when she discovered a nearly complete set of Agatha Christies in her grandmother's loo.

TONY ROBERTS

[ WEBMASTER ]

Tony is a graduate IT-Specialist, Mountain Walker, Marathon Runner and a Crime & Mystery Enthusiast residing in the North-West of England. He survived Bouchercon 2003 in Las Vegas and is still paying for the experience. He is the Webmaster for Shots Ezine and creates and manages imaginative web-sites for people who need a quality web-presence but are restricted by budgets. In his free-time, he has been known to like a few drinks to live up to the nick-name of ‘Grog’ acquired through a mis-quote during his school years.

GARY Cane

[ ASSISTANT WEBMASTER ]

Gary works in the IT industry and has done so for the last 10 years or so; a keen Crime & Mystery reader as well as a major fan of football and golf he is currently living in the East Midlands. He is the assistant Webmaster for Shots as well as having recently branched out into the field’s of website design and web mastering.
